Every process begins with thorough research. I like to build a whole story as the basis for the collection. Once I have the story, I start sketching in two and three dimensions. These sketches are then translated into three-dimensional objects. Sometimes with my hands in soft wax, sometimes on the computer with a CAD program. Once I have finished all the wax models, these models go to the foundry to be cast using the lost wax process.

Once the objects are cast in metal, they come back to the studio for assembly, soldering and polishing.

  • Made To Order

    Each piece is made to order and made to measure. This means that no unnecessary stock is created in advance. This saves resources and ensures that you receive a piece according to your measurements and wishes.

  • Craftsmanship

    Each piece is handmade. During my design studies I learned the techniques of jewelry making and give my own touch to the long tradition of jewelry making.

  • Materials

    The jewelry you can order is cast from 100% recycled 935 sterling silver. The gold plating, which you can choose, is made with 100% recycled gold.

  • Local suppliers

    As you can see above, each piece goes through the process of wax modelling, lost wax casting and finishing. Both wax modelling and finishing are done in-house here in Berlin, Germany. The casting is done in specialist workshops here in Berlin or in Idar-Oberstein.

  • Shipping

    All shipping is as compressed as possible and only in recycled shipping material.
    All customer shipments are sent in the characteristic Carolin Dieler packaging and carried out by DHL.

    Your order will arrive safely in a jewelry box and the entire packaging consists of the following components:

    LABELS – FSC-certified paper – CO2-reduced production – made in Germany
